I'm a management consultant who used to be a corporate recruiter, and have taught thousands of managers and executives how to interview others. This is the ONLY book I recommend. It is exceptionally detailed, and provides a complete approach. It gives you scripts, and tells you what to do and say in each part of the interview. It also tells you the one thing managers always forget to ask (and other books don't address) about interviewing: it's not enough to know which questions to ask, you must also know HOW TO EVALUATE THE ANSWERS YOU GET.
This is the only book you need about how to interview.

This book finally allowed me to be able to hire the right people, unfortunately near the time I sold my business. I only wish I had found it when I went into business, however that was before the book was published.
