I found this to be a really good overview of the A&P basics before starting the class. I understood what the professor was talking about from day 1 because I read this book before the class started. Having the learning curve reduced in a difficult class certainly makes a huge difference grade wise. I have the kindle version and while the graphics are not the best, I found that reading it with Netter's flashcards along side was extremely helpful (and very compatable while traveling). Overall I would highly recommend this book as a good general overview for all students who are required to take A&P for school.

A good book to read if you are not using it to supplement your Anatomy & Physiology Reference book. It missed so much important information that will be relevant to your class or specially your exam. If you are trying to get an A in your Anatomy & Physiology to get into Nursing, Not the right supplement for your studying. You are better off to buy Cliff Notes or just read your book from school - do not waste your money.

I think all books should be written were everyone can understand them not just nerds. the book puts hard to understand consepts into terms that anyone can understand. I used these books, this along with the workbook to get a rough grasp on anatomy and physiology before I started the classes. I think they are tremendously helpfull an would recomend to anyone that needs that extra boost.
