Rated by buyers 5 out of 5 stars - Saving The Whole Woman
This is a book that every woman should read. It's the best book about natural alternatives for POP you can find.

Rated by buyers 3 out of 5 stars - ok
if you have gone on the internet and found information on this subject then dont get this book. It is just a rehash of what is on the web

Rated by buyers 5 out of 5 stars - This is my prolapse bible
This book is my prolapse bible, because it is very well illustrated and has enabled me to understand my own pelvic region and organs better than any other book I have read. The second edition is worth getting for its dance workout and an improved chapter on pelvic anatomy. I have significant prolapses, and after following Christine's techniques for several years I hardly ever notice them any more.

Rated by buyers 5 out of 5 stars - Very informative and helpful
Christine Kent has put together one of the only resources on a subject that a lot of women deal with. She provides insight, support and specifics on how to live with a prolapse. Her book is a must for women who are trying to heal themselves

Rated by buyers 5 out of 5 stars - A must have for any woman considering pelvic surgery.
This is an important book in the world of pelvic health literature. It's the very first book I've read on the subject that offers an historical prospective on the cons of pelvic floor surgery. At the same time there is a lot of information about the female anatomy and how proper posture can really make a difference in ones quality of life while living with organ prolapse.
