This book is my prolapse bible, because it is very well illustrated and has enabled me to understand my own pelvic region and organs better than any other book I have read. The second edition is worth getting for its dance workout and an improved chapter on pelvic anatomy. I have significant prolapses, and after following Christine's techniques for several years I hardly ever notice them any more.

This is an important book in the world of pelvic health literature. It's the very first book I've read on the subject that offers an historical prospective on the cons of pelvic floor surgery. At the same time there is a lot of information about the female anatomy and how proper posture can really make a difference in ones quality of life while living with organ prolapse.
