I love this cd. I would have given it 5 stars for content but the recording isn't great in the beginning. If you like Eckhart then this will be a nice addition as he uses a lot of humour at this retreat and it made me laugh at the folly of us all in everyday life. But, if you are only going to buy one cd, then buy the cd of his book "A NEW EARTH". So much more information.

Filled with a lot of great insights, as I've come to expect and enjoy from Eckhart Tolle. But what I really loved about this particular audio set was hearing what an incredibly playful sense of humour Eckhart has and that made listening to this Audio goldmine of self awareness all the more enjoyable. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
