This book has a tremendous amount of information. It has enhanced my life and has tons of resources in the back. Like others' stated previously, the book fell apart at the very first opening of it.

The information in this book has greatly enhanced the quality of my life.
I came out of a place of not knowing what to do to create better health, to immediately implementing some of the suggestions Kat makes with wonderful results. By page 73 I'd lost 7 lbs. and had more energy. My skin stopped itching and began glowing. I now have a direction to go in and a great resource manuel to help me achieve my goals yet stay in tune with what my body really needs. Thank you Kat!
Unfortunately, the binding on my book, even with great care, just fell apart completely. I bought a book for my mom and she called to tell me hers was falling apart only weeks after arriving to her. We talked about punching holes in the pages and getting 3 ring binders to put them in.
The information in this book is a must have for women!

I purchased Kat's book the very first time it came out and couldn't wait to get this updated version. I really love this book and am making a lot of positive changes in my life because of it. I really like that she included the jumpstart and some recipes. This book is like my bible. I am not having a hard time implementing anything as I was already on low-carb diets over the years and it doesn't bother me not to have much carb products.
I did see some comments from others that are concerned about the cost of upgrading foods and products. There are low cost alternatives that work. For example I use Burt's Bee's and Eco Bella beauty products which are not costly at all. You just have to give up some other luxuries in your life to incorporate these. I feel so good eating this way and I am really enjoying taking better care of myself, like I should have been all along.
The only thing I am somewhat disappointed in is that Kat doesn't keep her website updated very often and I think I only received one or two newsletters in the past 5 years. I would like to see more recipes from her.
Thank you Kat for your wonderful book (wish it wouldn't have fallen apart though!) It is a great resource.

I have read this book and it is so true. Excellent in keeping your interest because it tells the truth. Dieting is not all there is to looking and feeling better. Truth is spoken by this writter.
