Customer Reviews
User popularity level: out of 5 stars

Rated by buyers 3 out of 5 stars - Good book especially for children with aversion to eating
This book talks more about the environment and social issues dealing with food. I was looking more for techniques to try with my 2 year old that doesn't like to eat solid foods...this book is more for 3 or 4 years old and older. Still a good reference for older children.

Rated by buyers 4 out of 5 stars - good choice
I bought this book becasue my son has a gtube. And he has a big oral aversion and very sensitve to tastes and textures. Book provided a good understanding and how to cope and deal with this sitaution. A lot of good information and tips!!

Rated by buyers 2 out of 5 stars - A good start
This book offers simple solutions that may help parents of children with straightforward eating problems. It does not reflect the potential complexity of these problems and is unlikely to offer support to those with the most serious problems

Rated by buyers 2 out of 5 stars - Disorganized but some good information
This book has good information, but the format is very hard to follow. With the help of a good editor, I think the authors have valuable things to share that could benefit parents and professionals working with children who have feeding difficulties. The format alone made me close the book after 20 minutes and return it to Amazon. Too bad, because the authors have a lot of experience with putting these ideas into practice with real-life children.

Rated by buyers 5 out of 5 stars - EXCELLENT!
I WISH I HAD KNOWN ABOUT THIS BOOK A LOOONG TIME AGO! RECOMMENDED BY OUR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST, IT'S GREAT FOR PARENTS WHO HAVE CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES! A MUST FOR NEW PARENTS, BECAUSE EARLY INTERVENTION IS THE KEY!! EASY TO READ, VERY INFORMATIVE, GREAT TO GO BACK & REFERENCE!!
PROUD PARENT OF A 6YR OLD WITH AUTISM!
