This book was recommended by Michelle Garcia Winner at a workshop I attended, and I am so glad I purchased it. It is well-written, well-researched, and full of insights. I keep reading passages aloud to my colleague, who is actually enjoying hearing them.

This book is an essential contribution to the mental health professions.
