Remarks: Ordered Dec 13 with promise item shipped within 4 days I rec'd item Jan 2nd. It was shipped "Media Mail" for cost of $2.23, but was charged $3.99 for shipping. Packaging shouldn't have been a cost factor because it was sent in pre-used envelope. I cannot read postmark, but should not have taken 2 1/2 weeks within same state!! I am very
