The author is a former actress who appeared on stage, screen, and television. She conveys to the reader what she has learned about staying young and beautiful from her years in show business--as well as, traditional knowledge conveyed to her by her mother, Annika, in the hills of Greece. Knowledge like, "your life can make a difference". Eleni Dayle's mother would be proud of her, because through this helpful book, she is making a difference in the lives of many people. I highly recommend this book. It is well written, amusing in parts, and an easy and enjoyable read.
